The qualifying criteria is as follows:

• Active FIA membership
• Maximum annual revenue of R75,000,000
• Maximum Limit of Indemnity of R100,000,000
• No CAT 11 (A) activities

All risks falling outside of the scheme are categorised as Open Market. This would also apply to FIA members who may not opt to use Marsh SA.

We will no longer deal with an FSP PI where the broker approaches us directly.
